Please specify if you are wanting to change the password on your main account or on one of your additional e-mail addresses. You must provide the main username for account verification even if you are not changing the password for it. Password changes will not be made without the correct last 4 digits of the credit card on file in the billing system for the main username provided.
We do NOT send an email confirmation for password changes. You would already know that the password has been changed when the new password is required to pick up your email.
If you are using a FIREWALL and get an error stating that you are "coming from an unauthorized domain" please temporarily disable your firewall before hitting the SUBMIT button.
