The accountants and clock-watchers are trying to help us keep costs down by reducing the number of hours that we sit around collecting a paycheck with no support calls coming in.
They have determined that calls after 11pm (Central Time) on weekdays PLUS calls after 8pm Friday and Saturday account for less than 1/2 of 1% of all calls we receive annually.
Calls on Sunday at any hour barely registered in their calculations coming in at less than 1/20 of 1% of annual calls.
Telephone technical and billing support hours will be changing as follows starting this month (July 2010).
7am - 11pm Monday thru Thursday
8am - 8pm Friday/Saturday
